Description
The fifth-generation Altima earned a strong reputation for one thing above all else: its 2.5L four-cylinder engine. Nissan's QR25DE is a naturally aspirated, well-proven workhorse known for going deep into six-figure mileage when maintained — and at 167,500 miles, this one has done exactly that. The Altima's front-wheel-drive platform keeps running costs low and parts widely available. The 2016 cabin was notably quiet for its class, with a roomy back seat and a driver-focused dash layout that still feels current.
